Terms and Conditions for EMR Wellbeing

Payment is made directly after the session, either by Etpos or cash, (no credit card facilities are available in the clinic).  Online payment can be made by debit/credit card when booking online only, a surcharge will be applied to this service.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, otherwise 100% of the session fee will be charged. This is charged because EMR Wellbeing therapists are self-employed and it is difficult to fill the space, which means a loss of income.
In submitting your booking, EMR Wellbeing will be storing your personal information.
